THANKSGIVING PREP TIP: TIMELINE

 THANKSGIVING PREP TIP: TIMELINE

Write down all the dishes you want to make and create a timeline for when you’ll make each one. Try to group those that use the same tools to save on washing.
For instance, I’ll boil my potatoes and yams in the same water and mash them with the same masher.
Baking rolls and pies at the same time saves on washing too.
While the turkey is resting, the oven is free to warm all the dishes you made in advance.
Having a list of your menu will help to make sure nothing gets left behind when it’s time to eat.
This is my schedule:

Thursday Before

Items I can freeze, like Pecan Tassies and Church Window Cookies
